Abandoning the Meta ship
Atelier 21 does not give permission for data or content to be used to train Meta AI models. The Instagram account will stay on for now, only to stay in touch with the artists, customers and art lovers. Followers with whom contact has been established through this platform in recent years. When and if the Instagram account will be removed remains to be seen in the future and depends on the political and legal course the Meta platform wishes to sail. Atelier 21 subscribes to European legislation regarding privacy protection and consumer law.
Contact is also possible via the messaging app Signal.
For new content and updates, Atelier 21 likes to refer to the newsletter or the newly created Bluesky account.
And of course: happy to meet you in the post-social media society!
Atelier 21 verlaat het Meta-schip
Atelier 21 geeft geen toestemming om gegevens of inhoud te gebruiken om Meta AI-modellen te trainen. Het Instagram account blijft voorlopig bestaan, alleen om in contact te blijven met de kunstenaars, klanten en kunstliefhebbers. Volgers waar de afgelopen jaren via dit platform contact mee is opgebouwd. Wanneer en of het instagram account verwijderd wordt valt te bezien in de toekomst en hangt af van de politieke en rechtstatelijke koers die het Meta platform wenst te bevaren. Atelier 21 onderschrijft de Europese wetgeving met betrekking tot privacybescherming en het consumentenrecht.
Contact is ook mogelijk middels de berichtenapp Signal.
